I created this piece by focusing on my heart and the feeling of joy. It was at a time in my life when that feeling didn't come very easily for me. I brought this piece to work and hung it in my office. I noticed it had quite an effect on people. They would unconsciously stand very close to it even if they didn't look directly at it. When I replaced it with other artwork, people stood in other areas of the room.
